Ms. Dittus () joined the law firm in 1986. She is licensed to practice in the State
of North Dakota and Minnesota, and the United States
District Court for the District of North Dakota.
Originally from Thief River Falls, Minnesota, Ms. Dittus
graduated cum laude from the University of North Dakota with
a Bachelor of Science Degree in1983, and earned her Juris
Doctor with distinction from the University of North Dakota
in 1986.
Ms. Dittus was the recipient of the 1984 American Juris
Prudence Award and was a member of the Board of Editors of
the North Dakota Law Review from 1985-1986.
Ms. Dittus is known for her service to her community as well
as her service to the legal profession having received the
Community Service Award for the Northeast Judicial District
in 1997. She has previously served as a member of the Board
of Directors for the Grand Forks Chamber of Commerce,
Attorney Division Leader for the United Way Campaign Drive
and as Co-Chairperson for the Ducks Unlimited Sponsor
Banquet. She has served the past six years as a board member
of the Community Violence Intervention Center and also a
Corporate Board Member of Altru Health System.
Ms. Dittus is a member of PEO-Chapter T (also past officer)
and Wesley United Methodist Church where she has served in
numerous roles. Presently she is a member of the choir and a
Sunday School teacher. Ms. Dittus is also a member of the
Grand Forks County Bar Association, North Dakota and
Minnesota State Bar Associations.
Ms. Dittus is a registered agent for Lawyers Title Insurance
Company.
