Ms. Johnson () joined the law firm in 1983. She is licensed to practice in both of
the North Dakota and Minnesota State and Federal court
systems.
Originally from Genoa, Illinois, Ms.
Johnson graduated magna cum laude from the University of
North Dakota in1980, and earned her Juris Doctor with
distinction from the University of North Dakota in 1983.
Ms. Johnson is a well-respected family
law attorney. She frequently conducts parenting time
investigations, either through stipulation by the parties to
an action or through court appointment. She also provides
mediation services and is on the roster for the Family
Mediation Pilot Program in North Dakota.
Ms. Johnson is an active speaker at
seminars, presenting such topics as “Spoliation of Evidence
– A New Tort Trend,” “Legal Considerations for the Nursing
Profession” and “Legal Considerations for Those Afflicted
with Seizure Disorders”. She is a member of the Order of
Barristers, Grand Forks Exchange Club and recipient of the
1980 American Jurisprudence Award and a member of The Randy
H. Lee American Inn of Court.
