About Courtney:
Courtney A. Evenson joined the law firm in 2020 and concentrates his practice exclusively to domestic relations law, representing clients in divorce/custody/paternity proceedings, drafting pre-nuptial/post-nuptial/cohabitation agreements, and handling post-judgment proceedings. He is licensed to practice law in North Dakota.
Courtney graduated from the University of North Dakota with a bachelor’s degree in History in 2013. He graduated from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 2016 earning his Juris Doctor. Prior to joining Zimney Foster P.C., Courtney was a Special Assistant Attorney General with the Devils Lake Regional Child Support Enforcement Unit.
